let’s make it happen.
Planning a wedding can feel like a lot, but that’s why I’m here. I’ll take care of the details, guide you through each step, and make sure your day is smooth, fun and totally you! Here’s how we bring it all to life.
-
Send me a message via the contact form, or email to check your date.
I’ll respond within 24-48 hours and we can confirm availability for your wedding, elopement, vow renewal, or commitment ceremony. -
We’ll catch up in person or via video call/Zoom to see if I’m the right celebrant for you.
If it feels right, we lock it in with a 50% deposit. -
First, we’ll complete and sign the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). By law, the NOIM needs to be lodged no later than one month before your wedding day.
Then we’ll begin creating your dream ceremony! You’ll receive a fun questionnaire that helps me understand your love story, values, and vibe - so I can craft a celebration that feels authentically you.
-
In the week leading up to your wedding, we’ll meet for a rehearsal where we’ll run through the ceremony and sign the No Legal Impediment to Marriage. (I’ll even bring the bubbles!)
-
I’ll arrive early, set everything up, and guide the ceremony so you can stay present and enjoy the moment. After your vows, I’ll present you with your Marriage Certificate.
-
Once the ceremony is complete, I’ll lodge all legal paperwork and let you know when everything is finalised.
-
I’m always here for calls, emails, or questions - from planning to the day itself.

-
I get it - sometimes plans change. Here’s how it works:
If you need to cancel:
• Your deposit is non-refundable
• If you cancel within 30 days of your ceremony, 50% of the remaining balance is payable
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the ceremony, the full balance is payableIf I can’t celebrate with you:
In the rare event I’m unable to be there, I’ll do my very best to find a substitute celebrant you’ll love. If a substitute can’t be arranged, I’ll refund all payments, including your deposit, so you’re not out of pocket. -
Yes! I’m a fully registered marriage celebrant and I conduct weddings, elopements, vow renewals, and commitment ceremonies. Whether it’s a big celebration or a small intimate gathering, I’ll create a ceremony that feels completely you.
-
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially if you’re planning a weekend wedding in popular locations like Port Fairy, Warrnambool, or the Grampians. Ideally, aim for 6–12 months in advance. But if you’re planning a last-minute ceremony, get in touch - I’ll do my best to make it work.
-
Absolutely. I’ll give guidance, vow examples, prompts, and feedback to make sure your words to each other feel meaningful, authentic, and totally you.
-
A rehearsal is optional but highly recommended, especially if you have a larger bridal party or a more complex ceremony. It helps everyone feel confident and relaxed on the day. And it’s also a bit of fun!
-
I’m calm under pressure and prepared for anything. If your ceremony moves indoors or to a different location, I’ll adapt the flow and keep everything running smoothly - so you can stay present and enjoy the moment.
-
A wedding ceremony is your personal celebration - your vows, your story, your people. A legal marriage involves the official paperwork (Notice of Intended Marriage, lodgement, etc.). I handle both the celebrant role and the legal requirements, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
-
Absolutely - if you just want the legal requirements completed without a full ceremony, I can help. This is a simple, quick, and cost-effective option for couples who are happy to keep it low-key.
-
Yes - I bring a PA system to ensure your vows and your ceremony can be heard clearly by all your guests, no matter where you’re getting married.
-
I’ll guide you every step of the way - from your first chat to the final “I do.” You’ll receive a questionnaire, we’ll plan your ceremony flow, I’ll draft a personalised script, and I’ll support you with any questions, edits, or vow-writing help along the way.
-
Absolutely! For your peace of mind (and mine!), I hold comprehensive Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
If your venue requires a copy of my Certificate of Currency, just let me know and I’m happy to provide it.
